The hotel had some positive aspects like a friendly and professional receptionist, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of service and cleanliness. The location was convenient, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The facilities were acceptable but showed room for improvement.

The hotel's rooms are tired-looking and in serious need of modernization. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by the constant buzz from a nearby generator all night. On the bright side, the service was improved after the staff received redecoration and education. The location gave us convenient access to London attractions, and the breakfast options offered a good variety. However, the dining experience was a little pricy for basic items like porridge and boiled eggs.

The hotel had some drawbacks like small, hot, and shabby rooms, but the service was welcoming and attentive. The location was convenient, near Elstree Studios. Dining was a highlight with excellent staff and a wide selection. The facilities were on par with expectations.
